Awesome bang for the buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of cheap Android tablets out there, but the Galaxy Tab A9+ would be better described as "affordable" - there's nothing "cheap" about it!
I purchased the 128GB - 8GB RAM version and, wow, so far this thing has been smooth as butter! Smooth transitions and seamless action across apps, even with half a dozen of them open. The quality of materials seem excellent, and the case is very handsome. I paired it with a cheap bluetooth keyboard and mouse and it is currently serving as a laptop replacement for me, doing about 90% of the things an actual laptop would do. Is it a perfect setup? No, but for the price, it's impossible to beat.
The only corners that I feel have been cut are the cameras and screen. The cameras are "okay," but who uses the back camera to take photos anyway? The selfie camera is also "okay." I wish it was a little better for video calls, but it is passable. The resolution of the LCD screen is crisp, though I wish it got just a bit brighter. I would have preferred an LED screen for better contrast, but again, it's hard to beat for the price.
All in all, I feel very satisfied and am strongly considering moving to a Galaxy phone when I'm ready to move on from my Pixel 9 Pro XL.

Perfect Everyday Tablet for Work and Play

The 11-inch display is bright and clear, making streaming movies or browsing the web a treat. The quad speakers with Dolby Atmos give surprisingly immersive audio for a tablet in this range.
Performance is smooth for multitasking, online meetings, and even casual gaming. The 5G connectivity (on the cellular version) is a big plus, especially when I’m on the go. Battery life holds up well too, easily lasting me through a day of mixed use.
The slim, lightweight design makes it super portable, and Samsung’s One UI offers a clean and intuitive experience. It also syncs seamlessly with my Samsung phone, which is a huge convenience.
For anyone looking for a reliable, well-built tablet without spending a fortune, the A9+ is an easy recommendation!

Satisfied with all other features I've used so far

Bought this tablet in June 2024. First experience with Samsung tablets so have no base line to compare to others. Seems to operate extremely well for my use. My only criticism may seem small but I think important. Device comes with USB cable but no adapter for charging, only specifying that to charge device one needs to purchase a USB Type-C adapter. Sold separately is what the Quick Start Guide states. Of all my years buying electronic devices, stereo equipment, cell phones (not Samsung), TVs, compact disc players, home DVD/CD recorder/players (Sony), etc everything necessary to operate and charge, if necessary, those devices were contained in the box when I purchased. I find that a separate purchase is necessary to charge this Samsung A9+ tablet is ridiculous and a missed opportunity to satisfy customers and an obvious easy opportunity for Samsung to make more profit, fair and reasonably. Just include the charge adapter as Samsung did with the cable and charge customers appropriately to cover cost and profit. Sounds like a pretty simple concept to me...I don't have to make a separate purchase and Samsung makes more profit.

The Best budget tablet
