Wanted something low tech for someone that rarely uses tech stuff, and didn't want to spend a lot in case I was wasting my money. The new owner is happy with the tablet, though I personally would need something more (I have a tab s10 ultra that I'm happy with). I would recommend the tablet, but understand the lower cost is for a reason.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Galaxy Tab A9+ 64Gb Navy (Wi-Fi) is simply wonderful. I use it for entertainment for my 2 year old daughter by connecting to my hotspot on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Its very convenient to stay connected to my every day tasks and reminders at home and on the go. Im considering ordering another tablet maybe an updated model as my daughter gets older and is a lot more responsible to handle it and take care of it of course with a case to protect it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This delivered on all of her needs and provided her with updated programs like Galaxy AI which she uses to create and edit her pictures and videos.
It's perfect because it pairs with Family Link so we can always ensure her screen isn't excessive and we can locate her device when she's not home.
It's the perfect upgrade at a budget friendly cost.

Quite an upgrade from my 2016 taablet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with the A9 since its mostly used for my air travel entertainment. It works great for what I use it for. Hoping to use it enough for other tasks that I can justify upgrading this one before 9 years go by.
The speakers on this table sound great when I've used it without my headphones.
