I've had the blender for over a year, it fits onto the base easily, no screwing or twisting the jar or the base. Great for frozen fruit, ice, smoothies; leaves a very smooth texture, no bits. I don't use it for soups as I like my soups very hot. Warranty is excellent, my jar was replaced with no fuss. Excellent product.

I've owned this blender for a couple of months now and I just love it. I use it every morning for green smoothies works great, crushes ice and frozen fruit with no problem. I made the chicken tortilla soup and it was so easy and fast and came out really good. I would definitely recommend this blendtec blender.

Love, Love, LOVE this blender. I enjoy a nicely blended smoothie almost every morning. My favorite feature is the small jar blender. I could not make almond butter with blanched, raw almond in my Ninja. The Blendtec makes it in just minutes and it is the best I have ever had.
