Love this blender. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it did not come with cup measurements marked on the jar.

I bought this to replace my old blender that was dying. I love the program options especially for smoothies which I use daily. I also love how well it blends everything up, raw nuts and tough fibrous veggies, and ice cubes...it works like I expected it to for a high power blender. And I had high standards after having a vitamix for almost 15 years. The one thing I don't like is the size of the pitcher, too small compared to my old vitamix, I can't make as many servings of smoothies at once. The lid is kind of flimsy also, it sometimes comes loose when blending at high speeds. I have to hold the lid down with one hand.

I have had several different brands of blenders, but they never seemed to blend things as smooth as I wanted them to. Until I got a Blendtec! I love it! It is so powerful. I love that I can throw everything in there, turn it on, and walk away. And then I come back to a deliciously smooth smoothie. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Totally worth the money!

I love this blender and i hope it lasts. The only thing i miss is a tamper what vitamix has. I have to make sure i cut small pieces to the blender wont get stuck.

I've had my BlendTec for over a month and I am loving it. Going online for tons of green smoothie ideas. I've never consumed more fruits and veggies in my life.
The only down sides are the loudness when blending and the vent holes in the lid. So far I'm very happy with it.

This is my second blendtec, we bought one over twenty years ago, didn't even think twice about getting another one. The only thing that was wrong with the old one was I wore out the plastic top, motor was still going strong. Hope this one last as long.

Early on, I tried one of blendtec's online batter recipes, following the instructions, but the machine overheated. Thankfully, the machine still runs. I have my Costco warranty, which I may have to exercise at some point. I had intended to make nut butters, but I no longer have the confidence that my blender is up to the task.
Hoping for the best with the usual blending...
