I have owned this item for years and use it regularly. I do lots of baking. It works wonderfully when I make puddings and pie fillings from scratch. The spring reaches into the corners of the pan or bowl and covers a lot of area on the bottom to keep sauces, puddings and gravies from sticking or burning. I bought 4 of the Handy Stir for my daughters and daughter in law for Christmas because I know they will get a lot of good use out of them. I would hate to be without mine!

I recently purchased a Handi-Stir for Christmas presents. It is my absolute favorite whisk in the kitchen. And I deeply appreciate the Rada line of knives (they have replaced all my Chicago Cutlery). They are the best . . .and so easily sharpened with the handy sharper Rada sells. I have a drawer full of sharpeners I cast off in lieu of the Quick Edge Sharpener
