Expertly packaged and the visual installation instructions were very well done. Do not have the part numbers handy but only one item that I would have liked to have them made 1/16th or 1/8" shorter to allow for easier installation. It was the lower roof panels bottom support/gutter that goes around the entire perimeter. Hooks into the hip roof supports and screws into the mid roof support on all four sides. All the pieces could have been slightly shorter as we had to flex all of them to force them into place - was not just us being out of alignment as they were ALL too long - if it was us some of them would have correspondingly have been too short. This is a longwinded explanation and not intended to be a big criticism - just something that we had to deal with. Our daughter loves it (installed at her house).
This was a monster to put together but is wonderfully sturdy and a great addition for our new landscaped back patio. In rain or shine it is a lovely place to hang out but splurge for the service to put it together. it took us 4 days!
Overall finished product looks amazing! With that being said we were short two screws, one of which we were able to recover from the extra's bag, but it was frustrating at the end to not be able to completely finish the job. To be fair that fault could've possibly fallen on us and we totally understand. However we did notice towards the end, when finishing the roof portion, that some of the threading for the screws weren't optimal. We had roughly three screws that got stuck midway to 3/4 of the way down and we weren't able to rectify the problem. Luckily it occurred in areas where it wasn't too problematic but again just an unfortunate occurrence.
The delivery was prompt and reasonable. The two boxes were strapped together to avoid shipping errors.
I was able to install myself. Need to pay close attention to the instructions/diagrams. There were one or two steps that I had to repeat, because diagrams (or my eyesight) are not always the best.
Appears to be quality materials.
Only issue is with the roof design. The panels are not all secured at the top and easily pup-up. I had to use machine screws to attach to some of the cross members. There should be a top rail section as is the case with the higher tier roof to secure the panels.
Took 3 evenings to put together. Not super hard, it wouldn’t helped with better instructions. Came in 3 boxes. It’s very nice looking. Can’t wait to get lights and a fan.
