I bought every member of our family a set of Rada knives for Christmas this year. After using them in my kitchen for over 15 years, I knew they are the BEST. Today, I used my daughters new knives to make a pot of potato soup. The knife slides through potato’s with little to no effort. It’s a joy cooking with these knives! (But - she really, really needs one of your potato peelers!).
