I love this piece. It is small, easy to clean , strong and just a great tool in the kitchen, It also works well to break up hamburger when you cook a block of it . Totally worth every dollar!!!!!!!!!!

The best, no runner up spatula

If you are cooking out of a 6" or 8" cast iron skillet, this is the "spatula" (mini server) you want. We found one years ago in Amish country, Ohio, and could not find another since. The one we have, and use frequently, developed a crack from too much pressure scrapping the iron skillet clean. We used and abused the little flipper for years! Fortunately, I found a barely legible stamp near the handle: RADA - I was thrilled to find the website and just ordered 3: one for the house, one for the camper and a spare! Love this product!
