Love all my Rada products, knives are exceptionally well made and sharpen easily. This whish though, couldn't believe how much I love it. Make flawless gravys and Roux is so easy to make now.

I really like this little whisk like tool! It whips egg whites up really quickly and works well on thinner batters. I did try to use it for a very thick quick bread and that didn't work out as well, but it was my own fault. :) I love all Rada products and frequently recommend them to friends.
