Speaker is Great, Customer service is not great.

This speaker is just lovely. Sound quality is great,If you're considering buying this you most likely will not be disappointed by the speaker itself. However If you have any issues, customer service is not great. Mine came with markings on the speaker itself. Have to wait quite a bit for a replacement. Such a hassle when I did nothing wrong.
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

Best sound system out there! Easy to use, excellent sound, easy to move from room to room or take outside. Super easy to add a new speaker also!

Sounds great for one unit that downmixes stereo to mono. Like the Bluetooth option. Sonos app is great. Love the cordless portability.

I am amazed at the amount and variety of music now available at my fingertips. The sound is fantastic. Received as a gift and am very happy to have received it. Difficulty in setting up due to my lack of technical experience. Thank God for my grandchildren.

Beautiful sound and elegant styling. But... the setup process took entirely too long and would randomly disconnect during setup causing me to factory reset multiple times to establish connection to network. I have MANY Sonos products an this one was the most difficult.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Won't connect to prior Sonos virtual network.
