Big music in a small package

Great sound from a relatively small speaker. Deep base, and high highs. Love the charging base it sits on. I use it outside near our hot tub, fills the space with terrific sounds. It was a little hard to set up, but one call to tech support and it was done. Smart, professional support person too.
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup

powerfull portable speaker but not easy to setup

Out of the box experience was very dsapointing. Then I was hoping to be wowed by the sound, which I wasn't. I was replacing my Bose mini. It's no match, but I felt I wasn't gaining that much compared to the assle of initial steup. Now I'm warming up to it since got everything to work
Pros: Expandable, Wireless, Stylish
Cons: Difficult Setup

would never finish set up. constantly "move phone closer" (the phone was next to or on top of it) i did resets 7 times and tried and tried but it would never finish set up. basically useless. i wanted it to work

I mainly bought this product to replace a wired outdoor speaker set up. They work out very well in terms of sound quality and versatility. Moving around, just pick them up and bring your music with you!
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: A little on the pricey side when not discounted

I own multiple Sonos products. I purchased the Move primarily for outdoor use. The sound is "tinnie" and lacks bass. This makes use in larger spaces and outdoors a problem. It took me 90 minutes with Sonos tech support to get the speaker to work. The Move had to be reset multiple times. I also had to reset all my home speakers, including ARC, 3 play 1's and sub mini, 3 times to get the Move to finally sync. Overall the setup experience was poor and sound is just okay for price point. Might look at a different speaker for outdoor use.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Poor Sound Quality

The sound from the move is amazing with a wide dynamic range ,vocals are crisp and clear with the right amount of bass. I hear tones and notes that I don't hear on other speakers. We bought the move for the ability to bring around the house and out to the patio, going to be adding to the system in the future. A 5 for the living room would be great! The only issue I had was connecting to my WiFi for some reason but tech support was awesome and had me up and running in no time.

I have come back to Sonos from Heos and will never change.

I work from home and enjoy music in the background. I have both the Move and Roam and they are a great pair. The move is great for larger rooms and is easily portable while the Roam is grab and go outside or anywhere. The sound quality is great and consistent. I occasionally lose connection with the speaker, not sure if that is my wifi or what.

The Sonos Move is a great entry into their line of speakers. Not only does it boast Sonos level quality, but they've done it in a completely wireless and portable fashion. I can set up my music to play on this speaker and the sound bar in another room through wifi, and just as easily, take it from the charger and roam via bluetooth. Superb.
