App has always been a pain to use. I rarely listen to my music since getting the Sonos system as I know I have at least a half hour of trouble shooting to get music playing. Today the app cannot find my existing system, even after reloading the app and creating a new account.
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable
Looks good and good that it stays charged constantly. The quality of sound is good, but when using outside, which I do often, the volume level is very average at best. I use a JBL Charge 4 and the sound output is basically the same for 2/3 less price. Nice product but a little lacking.
I installed these for my outdoor theater system. I have these located in 2 different areas along with a Sonos Arc, Sonos Sub, & Sonos Move. These are supplying the Sound for my Samsung 85" Neo QLED TV. It produces enough sound to make our 2,000 sq ft. patio/deck combo rock. It's actually sound equal to being inside a theater. Couldn't have made a better choice.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
I have had Sonos products since 2008. I have the S1 generation with 8 speakers. One of my Play 3 finally wore out, so I decided to try the Move. Great decision. I can sync it with my system or connect TV or phone by Bluetooth. Great sound!
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
The sound is ok but the app to control it is not very helpfu

Basically some instruction manual would help. Trouble getting radio stations, even after making them 'favorite' in the app. Have not figured out how to control volume from phone. Basically it has not (yet) lived up to its promise
Pros: Expandable, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, cannot figure out how to control volume from app

Stuff you have to do/enable before using it: - download Sonos app - create Sonos account with email and verify - allow location tracking - allow microphone access unless you can read font size pt2 to enter the password on the back of the speaker. Black letters on black background - update the speaker (4 min) It didn't show up in my Bluetooth settings setting it up took 20 min. Every time you don't give permission the app opens you settings and you have to start the setup process all over again. The charging dock is very flimsy, it takes a few attempts to align it with the speaker Pro is the build quality, sound and usb c charging. Heck, even a HomePod has less restrictions. Should have bought a Bose or HomePod...
