The current Sonos app is a disaster. Sonos can do so much better and we are waiting for this to happen. Embarrassing that such good product can't get an app to work efficiently. Please get this fixed as I am starting to lose faith in the brand and I will not be recommending your speakers.

Great speaker but took many attempts to set up. The first Sonos move I purchased was set up in 5 minutes. This one took hours to connect to my existing Sonos system. Customer support was no help and wait times were 90 minutes to speak with someone. Great speaker but wish set up and support were better.
