The speaker itself is great. A bit heavy but nice sound. Not QUITE as portable as 'MOVE' implies because of this, but I still enjoy the sound. The SONOS App and service MUCH less so. The app routinely cannot 'find' the device, even though all equipment is within 24" of each other, they are on the same network. It leads to an endless amount of wasted time turning things on and off, resetting items, occasionally having to do a factory reboot, which then means reloading all your preferred apps/stations/etc. IRRITATING!!! Might just skip SONOS entirely in the future and just enjoy a decent bluetooth-only speaker. Grrrrr.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup

I tried many times to connect this to my current system. I was having trouble downgrading from the S2 to my S1 system (which is a problem in and of itself). I went online with the chat. After spending over two hours with one representative who did not know how to fix it and simply had me try the same steps over and over again, she eventually told me that I need to try calling again later. That is not tech support, that is passing me off to someone else. I would love to review the actual product but sadly I do not know if it even works.
Cons: Bad support team, Difficult Setup

The product works especially poorly when connecting to wifi where there are competing networks. If you anticipate having to move around and will be setting up the device regularly to new networks, this is probably not the system you want. It's been such a hassle for our team, the speakers been off more than it's been on.
