I bought this product to connect to my bluetooth record but have tried all of Sonos self help steps but it wont connect. It connects to some bluetooth devices but won't to others and I can't get help to determine if this is a user or hardware error and Sonos customer support has been difficult to get a hold of.

The sound is really good. However, the switch that indicates Bluetooth or WiFi should have a color code or a sound or something that lets the user know which mode is active. It is frustrating when trying to connect it to a sound machine and finding out that it was on the wrong source. Would be a simple fix.
