SONOS makes the best listening products on the planet. I did research before I bought my first product. Since then I have bought 20 Sonos products. And they keep getting better. The MOVE is the best portable Bluetooth speaker AND it joins the SONOS system when I put it back on my shelf. SONOS is dedicated to a long term quality experience. All the other "competitors" are motivated by short term gains. No one I know who owns a Sonos product had been disappointed. I still own and use my first Sonos device. There is no other company that builds devices that still work competitively 10 years later.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Love Sonos! I use it as part of a sound system in a master suite. Music and TV along with a Beam and One speaker. I only wish they would all link together so I can turn on all at once instead of having to access the app and turn on separately. Perhaps, someday!

Serious connection issues will not connect to Sonos Wi-Fi boost will not connect with the other Sonos speakers in my other rooms causes connection issues with six other rooms with Sonos speakers very disappointed that it will not work together with the rest of my system works fine stand-alone but screws up the other Sonos system setup... I love my Sonos but I'm very disappointed with the move
When I got this smart speaker I was able to listen to the music and playlists I have set up in my phone. I am no longer able to do that because of a change made in the Sonos system. I am very disappointed with that. I want to listen to music I select. I am not interested in having Spotify or Pandora select music they think I want to hear. I have stopped using this and have gone back to my speaker hooked up to my phone so I am able to listen to the music I have selected.
I am stunned by some of the poor reviews as I have not experienced any of the issues mentioned. I have only been using the Move for six days, but I am probably listening to it three hours or so per day. I take it all around my home from the office, to the garage, to the basement, and outside and haven't experienced anything but superior audio as compared to a UE Boom that I used to use for this purpose. The battery life is fantastic. I do consider myself fairly proficient using SONOS owning two (2) Play:1s, two (2) Ones, a Beam, and now a Move. I have long been waiting for them to release a speaker like this. It works to perfection on our Ubiquiti network; seamlessly roaming from access point to access point (our network has six access points) on the 2.4Ghz side of the segmented network. Now I will admit as of yet I have only used the Bluetooth side of the Move for around two hours, but that worked flawless as well.
