I love the Move.

I use my move mostly outside and in my car. I problem use it blue tooth as much as connected to my Sonos network
Pros: Convenient, Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Tough, Water Resistant, Wireless

Not clear how to make this work the way you want

The sound is normal Sonos and as good or better than any other portable. You have to switch between how to use it, Bluetooth or as part of your Sonos group at home. My speaker is used in both as you can imagine most are. There are buttons on the back that are small and impossible to ready. It's not clear what to press when you want to use it away and especially difficult to get it to work at home in your network on return. I'm disappointed in Sonos for this poor design on the back. The black is difficult to read. Trying to be too sleek and not user friendly. Directions are poor. I have 12 sonos speakers so it should not be this confusing.
Pros: Free Control Options, tranportable, battery operated
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use

Hello, sorry to hear you're having issues with your Sonos Move and going too and from WiFi.
Once you have set up Move on your WiFi network, press the Bluetooth/WiFi mode button on the back of the speaker to switch to Bluetooth mode. The LED on top of the speaker will illuminate blue. To pair, select Move from the list of available devices on your phone. If it does not appear, press and hold the button.
When returning to WiFi, simply press that same button on the back of the speaker to switch it from Bluetooth, to WiFi and the light will turn white and become groupable with your other Sonos products in your home.

I was looking for a way to have both a wireless, portable speaker for my backyard and basement and was glad when this was introduced! It allows me to still connect to my current Sonos system, but if needed, I can take it on the road and use it via Bluetooth. It is easy to tote and has great sound indoors or out! I truly recommend this to add to your Sonos sound system!

Overpriced for what it is

It's mediocre. While the app is simple to use it is now just an outdated OS. It's not high audio quality and it should stop pretending to be so. It's the clock radio of it's time.
Pros: Easy to Set Up
Cons: Poor Sound Quality

Love this product! I have it set up in one room to charge. This room doesn't necessarily need music, so sometimes I pull it off of the dock and take it outside to enhance the speakers already outside. I also take it on the go to play music anywhere.

MOVE gets it all right!

I am not tech savvy and was able to register and pair MOVE in a matter of minutes. I'm ALL OVER this speaker. Love it.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Pricey.
