I won this product for free, and I am not even sure I would recommend it. Exceptionally difficult to setup and use, and not plug and play at all. When I did finally get it connected to my PC it slowed my FPS down. Customer service is excellent, but you will be calling them.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use

Can not connect with my Spectrum WiFi router!

The sounds is amazing, with great bass and nice midrange. But a big problem is that I cannot connect it with my WiFi system, powered by a Spectrum router. Sonos tech expert told me that there is a know problem which prevents the pairing with this router. I tried another router and it works. But it is critical that Sonos fix this problem, as this router is widely used, and it works with everything else, including my other streaming devices. Please take this seriously! Otherwise, this is one magnificent speaker!

It's tough to beat the convenience of this speaker! I love that you can connect via WiFi or Bluetooth. Seamless integration with Apple products. The price is a little steep for the sound quality-which is very good, but not great. The bass defaults a little boomy, and voice clarity (~1200 Hz) is a little lost. I wish the app had some preset EQs (just high and low), but most of my friends can't tell the difference between this and my wired system.
