The Sonos Move is the high quality you expect from Sonos with mobility. I love that it is WiFi that we love but also Bluetooth capability for use away from home. The sound is impeccable, its sturdy yet lightweight allowing you to take it anywhere; patio, beach, tailgating, etc. Easily sets up with existing Sonos speakers.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Took less than 2 minutes to set up. This speaker has great sound deep base and it's pretty solid. I highly recommend this speaker or any Sonos speaker. My wife will be purchasing the Sonos home theater system for my Birthday in October. This speaker blows the competition away. I used to be a Bose guy, but not anymore. I also have a pair of Sonos ones in my living room.

Love the dock and ability to go from WiFi to Bluetooth easily, but really wish I could pair it with a Sub for a more complete soundstage in its most-used room. I get that this is meant to be portable, but easy enough to turn the Sub off/on in the app when I take the Moves to a different room or outside.
I've always wanted a portable Sonos speaker to add to my Sonos collection. I was happy when the Move was announced. I purchased it during the whole covid lock down so I was not able to hear the device prior to purchasing. Unboxing and set up was a breeze. The sound quality is what I expected of Sonos. The sound deep, warm, smooth and crisp. Switching to Bluetooth was simple and the battery life was superb, although I haven't seen the 10 hour limit advertised. But it comes really close. My only problem is, it doesn't get quite loud for outdoor settings. I have tried recalibrating but that didn't help. All in all, it's still a great buy and a pleasure to use.

I take my Move to places I know that have no or poor music options. I have used it with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and the music sounds great either way. Was worried about reviews that mentioned the weight but that is not a problem. Feels solid and I can play if for several hours even when loud. It sounds great outside.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Free Control Options, Good battery life even while playing loudly, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Sonos Move was very easy to setup once you download the Sonos App on your smartphone. The charging base allows it to have a home port and operate as a stationary indoor speaker but also gives you the flexibility to pickup and move outside or to a different room. Great, full sound.
