Great Addition

I have five Sonos speakers throughout my home but wanted a speaker for the area around our pool. This is perfect. Sound quality is outstanding and battery life has been great so far. Only irritant was initial setup where I had to download an app on my phone before I could add this Move to my system. Not sure why I needed to do this since my Mac laptop already had the controller installed for the other five speakers as well as the entire music library. Certainly did not need to do that for the other five speakers to be integrated. But after the app download, the rest of the setup was easy. I ordered the Move online because it was not available at the time anywhere in Florida when I decided to get one. It arrived earlier than the projected date by Sonos. Built-in handle is a good thing for moving it around the pool area where the distance between the speaker and the laptop is one end of the house to the other, so range seems to be excellent.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Different setup than before with other Sonos

Best portable speaker around

Love that I can listen to my Move as part of my home Sonos system then pick it up and listen to great music on my deck or yard.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Wireless

Amazing investment in sound

Great addition to any barbecue or gathering witj friends. Sound resonates indoors and the moves takes the same action into the backyard. Love love love it!!!

I would buy speakers from Sonos again

Im very happy about this speaker, i never heard a better sound than from Sonos speaker.

I have been very happy with the Sonos move so far. I use it as a speaker outside on the patio. It sounds better than the Bluetooth speaker it replaced. I have other Sonos speakers and it integrated like any other. Easy to use and sounds good.

Excellent sound for a portable unit

We have both a SONOS One and a Move unit in our small living room. We like the portability. Piece of cake to setup. I wish we had known before the purchase that we could not setup the SONOS One and the Move as a stereo pair. If it was mentioned in the sales literature we missed it. That is the only reason we rated it less than 5 stars

great product, but color not what expected

i really love the speaker and the ability to pick it up at any time and move it (outside being the place i take it most). music is never interrupted when taking off the charging dock. the charging dock is surprisingly small. one thing i will say is the color is more gray than i expected. i thought it would be white like the sonos one (i have some of those in white) but it's more of a gray color. i would like if it was white like the others, but the product is so great that it doesn't bother me. overall, great product and would highly recommend.

Great addition to Sonos ecosystem

I have this product in the kitchen with another Sonos One. We can carry this one outside while the music continues to play inside. It's also great to be able to just take this one without disrupting music. In the past I would move one of the Sonos One's and it would take time to show up in the app again. This is always on, and ready to move.
