I am a Sonos addict. Have multiple speakers across our home. This is the 2nd Move we've purchased and the first one that was labeled "white". It's not really white, but rather gray. All my other Sonos items that were "white" were truly white.

I MOVE it from room to room when needed. We will use it in the summertime around the pool. Move gives us unlimited possibilities of locations to listen to music. I will take it out to my garage and listen to music when I am doing outside work. The MOVE was a Christmas present and they couldn't have purchase me anything better except maybe an ARC!!!

Battery Issues

I typically listen to a portable speaker like this 1-2 times per week but this Move device is so unreliable - the battery drains between uses: if I haven't used it in 2 weeks after being FULLY charged the battery is often completely dead. I end up using this very rarely because it doesn't hold a charge. I have logged multiple cases with customer support and the best they offer is for me to recharge it, send diagnostics after and then again after a week and then I hear nothing back from them and have to contact them again and start the process all over. Unreliable device, meh sound quality, poor customer support.
Cons: Battery consistently dies, Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Poor Sound Quality, Unreliable, Unresponsive customer service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
