Really nice product sounded better than I was expecting.

I am very impressed with my Sonos unit and had planned to purchase several more for the house. I looked at used ones but was surprised to find units that are only 4 years old and are already unsupported. I would not buy any additional units until I find out the expected lifespan.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expensive, but well worth it. Great battery life and great sound. Bluetooth and Wifi streaming. I want another one!
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Superior Sound, Wireless

Love to bring it on the deck or put it in the living room I don't like that I cannot delete/add wifi networks from the desktop app. It should be a LOT more easy to switch networks Love the sound quality and volume
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Config could be improved. e.g. wifi setup, Difficult Setup, user interface is not very intuitive

Sonos is now like a chef that makes a delicious meal then can't stop dumping more spices in the dish until it is absolutely inedible. You had a delicious grilled steak a decade ago but now you just keep piling dirt on it!!
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms
Cons: App offers narrow solutions for broad problems, Continuous updates, Settings not accessible from desktop software, Terrible troubleshooting advice, Unqualified technical support staff

Every time I go to use it, it can not be found on my system

I love my system I have 6 different speakers. My move never connects. I have tried support and they could not help me

use for my deck & patio, great to be able to move it around the house great sound but it needs to be able to have a bit more volume for those songs that you really love....

Cons: loses connectivity to WIFI to easily, volume could be louder, just needs a bit more...

Like for wireless mobility, bring with me to various locations. Great sound. Worth the money.
