Love this product and all the other Sonos products I have, but very concerned that I can no longer update my software without major re purchasing of hardware. Is this really true?
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Changing the software so that I can't update?

I recently relocated abroad and it works great. Really like Sonos.

Great sound and convenient but Alexa does not work well on the product. It takes a few times for her understand what you are asking/your command. Alexa also does not work in bluetooth, you must connect to a hot spot if you want to use this outside of your home.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Alex does not work well, Difficult to Use

fantastic sound, easy portability

Initially had an issue setting it up. Apparently my router needed to be rebooted before being able to go through the auto set-up. I called tech support, and after a little troubleshooting the savvy tech identified the issue (thank you, because I waited a while to get it and didn't want to part with it! :)). I mainly use this product when eating and/or entertaining outdoors, and occasionally connecting to computer/ipad to listen to youtube, movies. Truly well made. Great sound.
Pros: Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup
