Absolutely the best portable speaker ever created!

This is hands down the best portable speaker ever created and I have used a ton of them. Seamlessly works on WiFi or on Bluetooth. Really long battery life. Great sound. Great charging options.
Pros: Charges via USB-C PD, Charging base, Easy to Set Up, Google or Alexa compatible, Streams All My Music, and More, Super long battery life, Superior Sound, Works on WiFi & Bluetooth

As a college student, I received the Sonos Move as a gift. I then proceeded to spend around 2.5-3 Hours of my day attempting to set it up on my colleges wifi network. Because the network is protected by a captive portal, (in layman's terms takes you to a webpage to login to the network,) the Move wouldn't pair to it. I would've happily used the bluetooth functionality on the Move from the get-go, but I found out that you can't use the device at all without first connecting it to the internet. After multiple trial and error efforts of connecting the move to the mobile hotspot my roommate setup on his phone, we finally got past the setup of the device and could use the bluetooth function. I was immediately impressed with the sound quality of the Move. I think that the Move separates itself from other $400 portable speakers with a large boomy sub that is very satisfying to listen to and that your friends will surely be impressed by. I would recommend this to anyone who lives somewhere that they have control of their wifi otherwise setup may be difficult.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Touchy wifi pairing

Stellar sound fails constantly with apple music service

Lots of issues with apple music connection dropping. Happens enough that I won't consider any more Sonos products. I was going to replace all my home audio with a pair of fives these two moves and I own a pair of ones as well As tge sound bar but the apple connection is nit getting enough attention toward a fix from sonos. I even upgraded my router, modem and gave anazing wifi strength but still this connection loss with spe music continues. Buyer beware if apple us your music service. Its a shame since the audio quality is Fantastic.

Cons: Unreliable

Love all the Sonos products. We have them all through out our primary house including 2 surround sound systems for the TVs. I have had some minor issues taking the new Move between two houses. (One does not have any Sonos equipment) and getting it to interface with Bluetooth and WiFi when it goes from place to place.

We love to listen to Pandora daily on our Sonos bar in our great room. I just love having music playing in the background. We bought the Move so we can bring the sound out to our patio during the summer when we sit out there and eat a meal as a family and my husband and I relax after dinner as the kids play. It is a perfect compliment...love having the same music outside as inside with no wiring! Easy set up...very happy with the purchase
