Great sound, frustrating wireless reliability at times

I mostly love the speaker. The one complain I have is that it's unreliable / buggy when it's off the dock in terms of connecting. I've had troubles with wifi / blue tooth switching and sometimes the device will seemingly hang up altogether and not allow you to pair or switch modes or even power down without putting it back on the dock. It also sometimes gives me a red flashing warning light when off dock even though battery is full. When it works, it's great though :)

Cons: wifi / bluetooth reliability

What I do not like is I need to use two different apps for my older Play 5 and my new Move.
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup

Dropping offline occasionally, but solid experience.

My Move has now mysteriously dropped offline, seemingly without reason, twice (with the rest of my system working fine). Multiple hard resets without results, then unexplainably successful with the reset. Generally happy with the unit. Great sound! Happy with tech support.

Nice concept and quality built product. Sounds great!!!! Had some difficulty setting up the Alexa skills but Sonó tech support was great and worked everything out to full satisfaction.
