Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about my Sonos, more based on my experience with the company than the actual item. It was fairly easy to set up but I had some difficulty finding a "manual" to help with understanding its features. Also, when I contacted customer service about some questions not addressed in the online manual or any YouTube video that I could find, I was disappointed in the rep's knowledge. He seemed uninterested to help and had to refer to a manual himself to answer some questions that were frankly, pretty basic. Overall, the sound is good on this item and I love that it is portable, but I think Sonos needs to make things easier on the customer when it comes to service.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Wireless

Reluctantly recommend - Frustrating to get it connected

It was recommended to me by a sound system savvy friend for its sound quality. For sure it's one of the best. I like that its portable. Charging "ring" was a big miss I think, its a needless novelty. Also the ring ensures you are a captive to that hardware piece instead of going with a simple standard like micro-usb or usb-c. I also went to it as some of the better BT speakers lately including Bose have been having battery recharging failures. While this device has software connection qwirks and a power charging design flaw, so far the battery life and stability has been good and of course the quality of the sound is great.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult to Use, Often cant get it to connect to WiFi or BT

I use Sonos as my main source of music even though I have a superb hard wired system

Love the Move but .....

The Move is fantastic but a few hiccups along the way. For some reason I lose the system set up anytime I transfer it to Bluetooth which is annoying to have to set up again. We need a Wifi extender in our house as I cannot take it to certain areas in the backyard but that should resolve once a new Mesh extender in. The music as with all SONOS is excellent. No regrets
