Product sounds good, but has constant issues with Amazon Alexa. Have to constantly unlink and re-link Alexa app. Also will lose wifi connection even thought router is close. For the price on sonos products, you should have these problems.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Wireless
Cons: Does not work well with Alexa, No Bluetooth linking between devices, Unreliable
I wanted Sonos to be an audio panacea for our home audio, but the fact of that matter is it isn't. Only a few days with the products and I've spent an unconscionable amount of time relinking the speakers to the "system". Turn off, turn on, unplug router, etc., etc. and still my device can not locate them. This is not the experience I had hoped for. I had thought a wifi system would trump a bluetooth one, but that's just not the case. Save your money and buy a wired system or a portable bluetooth option, instead.
The Sonos Move is the best portable speaker I have ever used. They are large, but do not have a large footprint in my home. I have two units which pair seamlessly and produce great sound quality. From the lowest volume to the loudest (loudest that my neighbors will tolerate), vocals, treble, midrange and bass can all be heard. Being able to move these speakers off of their charging base opens up so many more possibilities. If I have both speakers paired in the same room, the sound quality is amazing. The output is designed so well that it's hard to pinpoint a source for the music, it sounds like it's playing all around you. If I have speakers in different rooms, I can have the same music playing or two completely different songs. I will be getting more SONOS Move for the rest of my house. I love that they come in both white and black. The white blends in so well.
Pros: Clear Vocals, Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Portable, Streams All My Music, and More, Strong Bass, Stylish, Superior Sound, Wireless
The Sonos move is pretty to look it. It has pretty good sound quality but the bass disappears after a certain sound limit (around 60%) so the sound isn't as great when you want it to be loud. I expected more of a punch with it being so heavy. the battery life is ok but I expected better for the price. Mine also has a small glitch where the sound is sometimes distorted during start up that I will get warranty service. MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS THE SONOS APP! For the Sonos system to be so technologically advanced, the Sonos App is not great at all! It constantly crashes, its confused easily and force closes and is not user friendly. I would also like to see some type of update that I don't have to use it ONLY on wifi. I can control everything else in my house remotely except Sonos. Thats pretty primitive.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Wireless
SONOS still needs to improve WIFI Connection issues

Love their products (3 Moves, 2 Fives and a Port). However, and after having most of these products for over a year now, the SONOS app and speakers need to be improved upon. Have been experiencing continuous issues with connecting to WIFI. Music services drop off or or out intermittently. Voice assistant unable to process commands due to Amp drop off or other speaker drop off off WIFI. I've done everything their tech support has suggested, including getting rid of range extender in favor of a mesh. In this case, a really expensive Orbi. None of my other streaming devices via WIFI encounter any issues like this, so I'm quite positive that it's not my WIFI.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Wireless
Cons: Unreliable, WIFI connection issues with App & music services
I have the Move grouped with the Sonos Arc. I love the Arc and had no qualms about another Sonos product. It was difficult to get it to work with my CD player (yes, I still have discs for music and don't want a lecture about it). It sometimes will not group and sometimes not appear in my Sonos equipment. The worst feature though is how it cuts out continually. Currently, it is less than six feet from the WiFi and there is nothing in the pathway that may be considered to interrupt the signal. For a speaker this costly, that seems to be well made, this is a big disappointment. I had thought of adding another one for upstairs but I have decided against this and will just carry this one from room to room.
Pros: Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
