This is my third Sonos, started with the Sonance 6.1outdoor with the S2 Amp, then the Ray sound bar, and how the move. All flawlessly work together and cover a huge area.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Love that I can transport still getting good sound quality. To my listening ear the one is superior in sound quality. The move is a great speaker it just lack a bit of heftiness that I experience with the sonos one

Sounds great for a wireless speaker. Great sound, good battery life, but this review is more about Sonos as a company. My Move developed a problem after 10 months (possibly latent from shipping?). Sonos ran diagnostics on it and offered to replace it under warranty. I was pumped because I love this thing. New unit arrived within a week and sounds great. A+ customer service. Seriously, the person I worked with on the diagnostics was great, free return shipping, new unit shipped and arrived a day later. Best customer service I've ever received on a product!
I own two Sonos Ones, a Move and a Boost. The Sonos Move is designed to be a standalone speaker. It is battery powered and Bluetooth compatible. Since it has a battery and does not require Wi-Fi, it is very portable. Sound quality is good and battery life is great. You can take this portable speaker anywhere you have Bluetooth. The Sonos Move is NOT compatible with the Boost (SONOS) network. I was very disappointed this fact is NOT mentioned in the sales information, documentation or online help. The Move seemed finicky on my Wi-Fi EERO mesh network. Reinstallation with the incompatible Boost required extensive research of Sonos documentation, help and user forums. I eventually uninstalled both the iOS and Windows apps and performed several factory resets before the Move worked on the EERO mesh network. Because most of the documents does not mention the Move is NOT compatible with the Sonos network installation was not straight forward. Adding the Boost using the iOS app did not work as documented. The Sonos documentation and help were no help. The user forums sent me down a couple wrong paths but eventually provided the answers I needed.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Not compatible with Sonos Boost
I recently bought a pair of moves and but them on the shelves that i purchased here. I love the charger on the shelves which makes recharging so simple. I set up multiple hooks in my backyard so I could listen to a stereo pair wherever I was lounging. Pairing in stereo is easy and the stereo sound is fantastic. The only issue I have is that sometimes I have to play with speakers and app to find the speakers (says speakers are off line even though they are powered on). Can usually fix by powering down speaker and then repowering up.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
