Considered an outdoor system

Thought about an outdoor system. Went with the Move. Much less expensive and more versatile. Could not be happier. Highly recommend.

Great sound, need to adjust WiFi.

Purchased 2 move speakers. Quirky when trying to pair stereo and had to remove. Had to add 2.4g to my current 5g as works better with obstructions. Sonos boost does not work with move speakers. Overall sound outstanding post tooling around with WiFi.
Cons: Unreliable

2nd Move for this house !!

This is our 2nd Move. I was worried about setup as we did have a little trouble with the first one. Bam ! Connected practically by itself. Love it.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

You are going to love the move

I wanted a speaker for music around my patio outdoor kitchen without getting into another system, the Move checked all the boxes. Amazing sound that Sonos is know for plus the ability to take the speaker outside in the elements. Out on the pontoon to the beach wherever!! I love play everywhere feature as well. I have 6 Sonos ones and the full sound bar and Sonos sub now the move. Play everywhere is just amazing bathing the entire house in sound. Once you have music in every room that's not ridiculously loud it really adds to entertainment I love Sonos

The sound is great, but...

I have multiple Sonos speakers in many rooms of my house. I absolutely love the sound that comes out of the Move and its ability to play loudly outside. I also have a Roam and a couple of One SLs. Also love their sound. However, I have to reset some of them from time to time due to connectivity issues and them disappearing from my internet system. And switching between Blue Tooth and WiFi is not seamless with my Moves and Roam. In fact it is often very frustrating. I also hate the fact that I can't easily connect my Move speakers to a friends Sonos system without resetting mine all together. You would think you could have a temporary connectivity setting so that you didn't have to reset things all together. Also, if someone else is trying to connect to my speaker to play their music, it is very difficult to do. I often have to turn my phone completely off for this to happen. Connectivity is my biggest complaint with Sonos. These are expensive, high-quality speakers, so it would be nice to have them be a little more user friendly.

We listened to my brothers in the summer and both thought it was exceptional sound right from the get go. Unlike any other speaker we had heard before. Came home from holidays and promptly bought one for us!
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Superior Sound, Wireless

I have enjoyed our new Sonos Move so far. I think the high cost is worth it due to good sound, strain g options, a good app, really solid build and a replaceable battery. A hard pill to swallow coat wise but worth it in the end.

I've wanted one of these speakers in the past but they were not Bluetooth. Once I discovered they were Bluetooth and Wi-Fi I immediately purchased this speaker.
Pros: Bluetooth Capable, Different Music, Different Rooms, Expandable, Portable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
