Great audio but poor battery life

I love the sound quality and the convenience to just grab wherever I go. The only cons is the poor battery life. I think they claim 11 hours? but I am getting really between 4 to 5 hours only. I just take it out of the base and put it in my patio dinning table, listen Pandora and 4-5 hours later the battery is dead. Support is not easy to reach

Great product. Easy to set up and sync with other Sonos product is great. Interface with Spotify app not great.

Sound is great, but takes far too long to recover products if they go offline for any reason. My kids are very tech savy and have not been able to rectify the problem which only became an issue after the Sonos app was "upgraded".
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Unreliable

This is my first Sonos speaker and I can't wait to add to my collection. I'm getting one for every room. I love listening to music and it sounds so good on the Sonos speaker.

Nice sound for my small office. Like that it can play one station in the office and a different one in the family room on the sound bar. Can you listen to television shows?

Easy setup but has trouble representing low bass tones

The setup was quick and easy. Much quicker install experience than what I experienced years ago when I originally adopted the Sonos platform. However, I expected a speaker this large to do a better job of filling the room. I thought the low bass notes were lost and expected a bigger sound from such a pricey speaker.

need to be little higher volume ! Sonos App is not the best , is not user friendly , need improvement in relationship between alexa APP and Sonos App , The manual selection bewtween BT and Wife is not reliable for the user
