UAG 17 Pro Metropolis case review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the case has a premium feel and the corners fit extremely snug, giving me confidence that the phone is well protected from drops. Installation was easy, and once it’s on, the corners don’t move at all.
My main complaint is with the sides. They feel a bit loose compared to the corners, so the case doesn’t feel as tight around the entire phone as I expected.
Another downside is that the orange color of my iPhone 17 Pro is visible around parts of the border. It makes the fit look slightly imperfect and takes away from the otherwise clean appearance of the case.

I Think I Got a Defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Metropolis LT for the iPhone 16 Pro for the better part of a year and enjoyed it a lot, so I got the same thing for my new 17 pro. I got the case a week or two ago, but just got the phone today. The case looked perfect until I got it on the phone. The sides around the screen don't fit fully around the frame. I can see long slivers of the frame around the screen, which is highlighted by the fact that I got the orange one. Looking at the old case and the new one, the new one seems to have inconsistencies in thickness that the older one doesn't. I got it early, and I've had plenty of high quality UAG products in the past, so I'm thinking it's a QC issue rather than a bad product. I'm honestly leaving the 2 stars to get the attention of customer service. I want to love it like my older one.
