Je trouve l’appareil plus lourd que le V12. Je voulais acheter le V12 mais hélas non disponible avec le rabais offert en magasin. Impossible de commander.

Amazing! Love the new laser feature

I moved into a newly constructed home and after using the laser I was able to see all the dust specs that I had thought I had cleaned using the swiffer but after going forward and back I can no longer see the dust specs, therefore confirming that there's no more dust on the floor. I am allergic to dust and this vacuum shows a graph of how much allergens it has caught while vacuuming. This is a definite must-have if you have infants crawling on floors. The floor feels smooth and the new rollers don't catch hair as the older models. It's a big upgrade if you've got the older model, and it's a must-have if you don't own one already. Go get it now while it's on sale. Make sure you clean the vacuum filter to ensure the vacuum performs at it's best and don't worry about battery life as it's a removable battery.

I love the Dyson products. They are reliable, they meet my expectations, they are easy to use and take up minimal space. This is my 4th Dyson and I only upgrade to give my older model to family, like my daughter and parents.
