[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how light and comfortable are this headphones. The sound quality is really good. 1 best thing I like about them is that the noise cancelling feature is adjustable in the Bose app so you can use the headphones in the public transport or on the way where surrounding noise is important.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphones struggle to reconnect to the Bluetooth after several times. Needs to go to Bluetooth menu and mark as forget device and reconnect. It is a pain to have to do this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought a pair three weeks ago and they are definitely great for both long sessions at the gym or long hours while traveling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago it is really comfy, however there is always a issue of multipoint connection. Also, there is lack of firmware update
I was excited for these headphones, especially in my favorite color, yet was disappointed in the noise cancelling feature. The only way to cancel noise is to turn up the volume very high, which hurts my ears. I expected much higher quality for $400 headphones.

Hi Angel. Thank you for your post. The combination of active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. If you feel you are not getting any noise reduction with your headphones, here are a few steps you can try. https://bose.life/4fOwCYp.
