Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your QuietComfort Headphones aren’t hitting the mark when it comes to volume and bass, especially compared to what you’re used to. We want you to get the absolute best sound possible! If you haven't already, we highly recommend downloading the Bose app. Inside, you can use the Adjustable EQ feature to manually turn up the bass and fine-tune the audio frequencies to better match your preference. To help you get started, please check the link below for quick step-by-step instructions:
I bought this a month ago during a memorial day discount sale, and it's been great, the sound quality is balanced with the option of tuning through the app. The headphones feel premium and the control buttons are very responsive. There is a very quick transition between quiet and aware for attention and safety. Worth the money!
I loke them but I was a bit disappointed that I can't get a complete sound block. They do reduce the noise significantly and the sound quality is very good.
I love this pair of headsets, I bought this to replace mine that I gifted a loved one. Sound is amazing and the only suggested improvement would be noise cancelling. If you compare this headset and apple AirPods pro noise cancelling inflight, Apple fairs better you don’t hear the engine noise at all.
