After using the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds for about a month, I can confidently say they live up to the hype. The noise cancelling is excellent—whether I'm on a noisy commute or trying to focus at home, they block out the world without a hitch.
Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and easy to set up. I’ve never had a drop or lag, and pairing with multiple devices is simple. Call quality has also been solid. Everyone on the other end says I come through clearly, even in less-than-ideal environments.
Battery life has matched the advertised specs, which is refreshing. I get through full days of use without scrambling for a charge.
Overall, Bose delivers a premium experience that feels worth the investment. If you're after top-tier noise cancellation, easy connectivity, and reliable performance, these are hard to beat.

I bought this because I have a minor traumatic brain injury. I have tried different brands of headsets. This one helps the most! Very comfortable and when in quiet mode, it blocks all the side noise that hurts my head.

These are the most comfortable over the ear headphones I have ever had. The sound is top quality that I have come to expect from Bose products. These are yet another example of how Bose sets the standard for quality that others can only hope to achieve. I love how seamless these headphones are to set up and adjust during use. The wide array of available colors provides the user multiple options to fit any lifestyle or preference. Well done as usual. Keep up the great work.

No Laptop access to headphone Settings.

I purchased a few weeks ago. Only 1 MAJOR disappointment--I cannot adjust the equalizer from my computer. Please consider reformatting the computer site to be able to adjust the headphones using a laptop.
I opt to only own the current generation of a Verizon flip phone. My 3 star rating is based on Bose not providing a laptop adjustment option. Thanks for recognizing military service and providing me the Veteran discount.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand how important it is to have full control over your headphones, including adjusting the equalizer from your computer.
Currently, we don’t offer a Bose desktop app. However, many computers have built-in equalizer settings. Please check with your device manufacturer for details.
As a top-tip, any EQ changes made through the Bose app on a phone or tablet will apply across all connected devices, including your PC!

When on airplane connected via audio cable, could not determine which mode the unit had to be in. Should the unit be powered on, or just keep it off? Had to keep playing with this to determine how it works.
