Use it for working in a call center. Great quality sound and my voice is clear using the mic cord. I just wish I could buy another purple mic cord for a back up. I’m sure this one will wear out in a year from daily use.

Another Bose product to my collection and I only wish I bought these sooner. These are my first pair of headphones after many years of in-ear devices. Like any Bose product when you turn it on it tells you battery life and where it's connecting to - Love this feature, please keep it. Further I'm very pleased with physical buttons for controls on the headphones - exactly the amount you need and nothing more. They're all easy straight-forward buttons.
Only complaint is in the wind you hear it loudly whistling/rustling into the headphones for some reason, on both quiet and aware modes. Oh well, doesn't bother me much.
Sound quality is superior as always with Bose. If you really love music you need to treat yourself to high quality headphones.

I bought these Bose Quiet Comfort headphones a few weeks ago and within hours of putting them on, had my wife try them and ordered a second pair for her. The sound quality is stellar and the silence deafening!❤️

Good, not like the Ultra

I replaced my Ultra headphones with these. Both noise cancelling and phone calls work like the Ultra headphones but the sound quality of the Ultra’s when listening to music is not nearly as good.

I purchased this over three weeks ago and they have been on my head every minute since, even fell asleep in them. Simple to use simple directions product feels good. Looks good. Sounds good. Holds charge. What’s not to like. Make the leap and a Bose headphones you won’t regret it...

I bought the item about 2 weeks ago now and I must say it’s been everything I wanted they have replaced my Sony xm4s and what can I say??? Better quality better comfort and most importantly better price to performance ratio love these things only issue is that the app has software bugs that can effect the headphones like a little crackle when switching apps but that’s the apps problem not these bad boys

While I do love the headphones, I use them for listening to music. I did not realize, prior to purchasing, that they don't have control buttons that allow for skipping songs or repeating songs in my playlist. I also don't like that for some reason they don't remember all my devices (I have 3 devices), so that I'm always having to reconnect as I change devices, which is just kind of a pain. They should also work without having to use the Bose app - they should simply connect on their own via bluetooth. The sound quality is great and they are comfortable to wear. Hopefully future models will be upgraded. They are pricey, and as such, should be built with all these things.
