This is my first over ear headphone purchase and I’m glad I chose this Bose model. I was going back n forth between Beats and these. The sound is amazing and the silencing feature is even better, along with the comfort and flexibility. The settings are easy to use and remember and they feel light and airy. I love the color as well. I would have given 5 star but the aux cable is not compatible to insert with newer model iPhone’s so you have to use an adapter which doesn’t come with. I think for the price that could have been included or added as an optional connection to suit both android and iPhone but overall not a deal breaker I’m happy with my purchase. I use them for travel and everyday.
Love Bose but no directions and months late still can't pair them!

I got these last month and they're pretty decent. I'm a trucker so I use them a lot and overall great sound quality, decent battery life, and people on the phone say they can hear me pretty well. The only issue is if i have a window open at all there's a lot of weird background sound that doesn't go away when I turn on quiet or commute mode.

Hi. Thank you for posting. Glad to hear that you are enjoying the headphones. Noisy environments such as airplanes taking off, concerts, emergency sirens, and construction zones (among others) can overwhelm the microphones used to monitor external frequencies (part of the ANC technology) causing the headphones to crackle or distort. Be aware, this can also happen in Quiet and Aware mode. If you have further questions, please reach out to us here, https://bose.life/3BgUIIU. We would love to help. - Marvin
I've had these headphones for about a week and a half and for the first 3 or 5 days the noise canceling was amazing but then it started to go away even if I had the noise cancelation up all the way but I still overrall like the product.

Hello,
Thank you for leaving this review about the QuietComfort Headphones.
If you experience low noise cancellation or feel like it is not working as usual, I would suggest you to reset the headphones following these steps:
1. Connect the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the left earcup. 2. Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right. At the same time, connect the other end into a USB-A power source such as a computer or wall charger. When the reset is complete, the status light glows according to the current charge level.
