I bought two sets of headphones. I could not figure out how to set them up to utilize the noise cancellation feature, the feature I wanted to use. So I sent a set to each of my daughters and I believe they will be able to put the headphones to good use

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re happy to hear your daughters will enjoy the headphones, but we’d also love to help you get the most out of them too. To make things easier, here’s a step‑by‑step guide to setting up the QuietComfort Headphones and enabling the noise cancellation feature:
Really great and stylish headphones. Really good quality sound as well. Took off 1 star for the case. It doesn't fit the headphones so easily as it came in. I know the upgraded model of this has slots to make it easier to put those in, so kind of kicking myself I didn't go with those. Either way though, these are great overall.
My Bose headphones have been fantastic. The sound is clear and balanced, and the noise‑cancellation makes a huge difference when I want to focus. They’re lightweight, comfortable for long wear, and the battery lasts a long time. Overall, they feel high‑quality and reliable — exactly what I hoped for.
Bought for my wife because she always liked mine, which she bought for me many years ago. She tried them Christmas Day and was disappointed. The noise cancellation doesn't work like it does on the original. Sorry! I know you've heard this a lot but it's true. We both tried side by side and it's a large difference. It's like the new one doesn't work at all.
