Alot of technical problems with connection dropouts and touchy power connection

One thing you could try is a reset, by plugging the USB cable into the left earcup, then sliding the Power switch to the right and connecting the other end of the cable to a power source at the same time. I bought this a few weeks ago for my daughter. She loves them! The color is gorgeous. They are comfortable. Sound is amazing and clear. Worked great on a long flight! Loved them so much I just purchased another pair for my husband!

I bought them about a month and a half ago, and they adjust very well to ears, they don't hurt the ears and the audio is very good, not the best but still very good.

I bought these to watch movies on planes. The sound is very good and noise cancelling is great. I don’t know if it would have been worth the extra money for the Ultras, but I’m not an audiophile so these seem perfect for my use.

Love my Bose headphones!

I bought it 2 weeks ago and I loved it. This is the first headset I own that is pricy and it’s all worth it. The quality will last if you take care of it till there be a new invention coming. The sound was awesome I can’t hear any noise from around me it focus on the sound that I am listening to. I recommend this product. Bose the best quality!
