Received headphones a few days ago and I’m still learning the features. I would’ve given five star review if the headphones came with a user guide. But Bose chooses a QR code for me to put on my phone and figure out all the great features that my headphones have. Other products I have purchased,” Not Bose”, come with a user guide for the product.
I received these for Christmas on Black Friday. I love the sound. The answering the phone is great for me because i only use these at home. I can go from my basement to my bedroom on the second floor and still hear the music.
Bought this a month ago had for a few weeks. Was replacing my originals. Quality since original has plummeted. Disappointing. Will be continuing the use of my originals.

Hey there, we designed the updated QuietComfort Headphones to deliver legendary noise cancellation and high-fidelity audio in a classic, comfortable design with up to 24 hours of battery life to keep up with any lifestyle. We're sorry to hear that they didn't suit your needs, but appreciate your continued support and use of Bose headsets, and for your feedback.
I wasn't impressed with the quality but I do like the battery's life duration

Hi there,
It is great you enjoy the battery life of the headphones. Please try adjusting the EQ settings and ensure the headphones make a tight seal around your ears to get the best sound quality. You can also reach out as we'd love to help: https://bose.life/contact
I like the headphones themselves, but have two things that bother me. 1. You can't ever turn off ANC, only enable pass-through. 2. The app is terrible: you get logged out randomly and lose the ability to connect it to the headphones on flights (unless you set up the headphones from scratch again, why?)
