I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. I've heard how comfortable the headphones are. Friends have said the sound is amazing. The background noise cancellation really works.

Great audio, bad device selection

Great sound quality and fantastic battery life, but wind noise cancellation requires active noise cancellation on full, so I have to choose between loud wind noise and not hearing traffic while walking down the sidewalk.
Also, the device selection switch says the headset is switching between my phone and TV, but it continues to only play the TV audio when when it says it's switching to my phone

Thanks for leaving your feedback on the QuietComfort Headphones. This product can use multi-point connection feature to allow you to pair to two devices at once. To be able to switch, you need to pause audio on the first device to be able to play audio from the second device. It sounds like that because the TV is active, that will be why it hasn't switched to the phone. Learn more about multipoint here: https://www.bose.co.uk/en_gb/support/articles/HC1283/productCodes/QC-HEADPHONEARN/article.html. The settings shown in the article allows you to turn multipoint off if it doesn't suit your requirements.
