Good, Has Minor Software Issues

Comfortable headphones with great battery to get me through the day. I am, however, disappointed that right out of the box I started experiencing issues. Occasionally, the headphones will suddenly go silent and become unresponsive. It's easy to fix with a quick on-and-off, though.

I have gone through 2 different cheaper pairs in past year. Now I have these they are so much better in sound quality, noice reduction, and much easier and more intuitive to use. Don't know why I waited so long.

Hello Roco, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with your QuietComfort Headphones. The headphones will cancel the noise that *you* can hear around you, however this will not change whether people around you can hear any sound from your headphones when they're at high volume. At most listening volumes, people around you either won't hear anything, or they won't be able to hear any detail unless they get up close. I hope this information is useful!
