Performance and Features Are Amazing!

Along with the 7 years of updates and Android 14 fixes the S24 Plus is the perfect phone now. The customization is amazing and gets you going far more efficiently than the competition. I've had no issues and everything is fantastic.

Face recognition works great, as well as the fingerprint, both being pretty much instant (if you did one badly the other one works). Haptics are great and the battery doesn't end. Screen bright and vivid when it needs to be and works perfectly in sunlight. AI features great for photo perfectionists. Camera is very clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been an advocate for samsung products - recently I finally traded in my old S10+ for the new 24+ and I absolutely love the device. I've had it for 2 weeks so far - the camera quality is amazing, I love how quickly the fingerprint unlocks the phone, the options for storage are great and overall the features are well done. I 100% always will choose samsung over any other device!!!

Overall fine, but missing some features

For years I was loyal to a another brand whose features I enjoyed and that are not present with Samsung, but they are relatively minor misses and overall this seems like a fine phone. I would prefer that the flashlight would turn on when I shake the phone, that the calculator number pad be laid out differently, that the clock widget be able to be increased in size; I have other similar issues but again, these are minor. I am happy with the memory size (twice my previous phone) and with the increased security updates.
