I purchased this EX6 grill after studying one a friend of mine has. I watched him grill on it and it operated great. Could be due to my lack of current knowledge but after going through the "seasoning step" of the grill during the first use it had a "flame out error" and went into shutdown. I followed the instruction manual and cleaned all the pellets our of the burner area, cleaned it up and started it again and it worked fine. As I say I am still learning on it but I really like the design and the fact that there is a good parts list for it (that I hope I don't require for a while!) I will have to use it a while to provide a more thorough evaluation however preliminary results are favorable

Love the cover my deck gets high winds and I was a bit worried the cover would fly off... it stayed without flying off ... thought it would be be nice if it had a 2’d leg strap and some weight sewn into the top to prevent up lift...

This grill cover is very well designed in that it fits the form of the grill very well - it's not just a tarp thrown over the grill. I also like the WSF branding on the cover. I wish the cover were more water resistant as it does allow water to penetrate.
