I recently picked up this OtterBox case and have been really pleased with it so far. I was looking for something rugged to protect my phone, but I didn’t want it to be overly bulky or unattractive. This case strikes a great balance — it feels solid in the hand and has a clean, streamlined look.
The design is subtle yet tough, and the texture gives it a nice grip without feeling sticky or picking up lint. A friend even commented, *“That’s a great-looking case — and it looks sturdy too,”* which confirmed I made the right choice.
One feature I was hoping for — but honestly wasn’t counting on — was wireless charging. To my surprise, it **does work** in my Hyundai Palisade’s wireless charging pad. It’s not lightning-fast, and you have to place it just right, but it gets the job done. That was a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting with a rugged case like this.
After a few weeks of use (and a couple of accidental drops), I can say the protection is definitely there. The phone is secure, the buttons are responsive, and the edges give solid screen and camera protection.

There is no better case than the Otterbox Defender Pro case. But I sure wish that you would get some better colors. Why are all the non-black cases two-toned? How about a pretty blue like you have for Apple? Or a solid navy? Or a solid brown? Or dark green. I hate the two-tone colors.
