This is the most current of several Otterbox phone cases with holster that I've purchased for the various Samsung phones I've owned. All have provided great protection for my devices during those rare occasions when I drop them. I have been accustomed to the store and release action of the holster for years, now and is probably a crucial reason for me remaining with Otterbox.
On that note, however, I do feel the indentation on the plastic case and the plastic hook on the holster could both use some reinforcement; perhaps a metal outer layer would increase the useful life of both. Their failure is the primary reason I have to replace the case and holster before switching to a new phone. The rubber protective flap that covers the charger port is another area of fsilure, but failure of that part is not as crucial, unless one were to drop the phone into water, which I have not experienced.
All in all a great case and holster combo that works perfectly when new, but can use some improvent to extend their useful life.

Decent case, not overly bulky. However, it doesn't protect the cameras at all. Also, not a big fan of how it is with the S-pen, feels like it would be easy to lose. I really miss the old built in screen protectors from previous years.
