[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The IdeaPad 5i 2-in-1 seems like a good computer. Screen size, keyboard illumination, number keypad & touch screen are great features. Speed is good. I do not care for Lenovo Vantage pop-up on startup. Also, when logging off, I'm getting a Microsoft error message that I am unable to resolve "Task Host is stopping background task". Hardware seems excellent, software has shortcomings. So, after reading my review, I've changed my rating from a 3 to a 4. Pros outweigh the cons after 30 days of use. Also appreciate Lenovo giving some time before review request. Thinking this is a good company as well.

Wifi and Bluetooth are both strong. Screen resolution is decent but there is a glare when working on bright areas. It does have some weight but is not overwhelming to carry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I went through typical startup, I used the Lenovo app to update drivers etc. After it completed, I was locked out. I had to do a complete reset (paper clip in reset hole) and go through setup again. Everything seemed fine after that. It's very fast, ssd boots right up, nice bright clear screen, responsive. I love the Thunderbolt which let's me attach 2 x 23" monitors for work. This is my 2nd Lenovo laptop. The old one is 5 yrs, old still working fine but I wanted to make sure I'd have reliability for working from home. The upgrade to Thunderbolt for easy multiple monitors has been fantastic. Hope this one is trouble free for at least 5 years like the last.
