She is more than thrilled with this especially after using the required high school issued Chromebook for the last 4 years. This laptop is a major upgrade. Everything about the
IdeaPad 5i feels solidly built from the metal casing to the touch screen. The light-up keyboard was a nice surprise, I didn't realize it had this feature and the include Lenovo Pen is awesome. I know she will get a lot of use out of IdeaPad 5i when she is on campus next fall.
