I’ve been using the ASUS TUF Gaming LC III 360 ARGB LCD with my Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and overall it has been a very solid AIO.
Cooling performance has been excellent. Even during gaming, benchmarks, and stress testing, it has handled the 9800X3D very well, and the pump and radiator have performed consistently. Installation was straightforward, and the unit feels well built.
The LCD screen is one of the main reasons I purchased it. It looks great and gives the build a much more premium appearance, especially with custom GIFs and animations. The ARGB lighting also matches very well with the rest of my system.
My biggest complaint is the software and LCD functionality. Sometimes the LCD goes back to the default screen after restarting the computer, which means I have to open the ASUS software again to restore my custom settings. I also wish ASUS provided better monitoring options directly on the LCD, especially the ability to reliably display the actual pump RPM.
The hardware itself is excellent, but the software experience still needs improvement.
Overall, I’m very happy with the cooling performance, appearance, and build quality. If ASUS improves the LCD software, saves custom settings properly after every reboot, and adds better pump monitoring, this could easily be one of the best 360 mm AIOs in its class.
This AIO does a great job in keeping my Ryzen 9850X3D cool. I am getting great Temps while gaming for long hours never getting above 55C CPU and 45C GPU
