I loved my chef man for the longest time!! Unfortunately I noticed it hasn’t been working the same anymore. And doesn’t warm up the same anymore

My dream turned into a nightmare but it was not Chefman's fault, but will Chefman right this wrong?

Registration was easy.
My friend new how badly I wanted this toaster/air fryer and she surprised me when ! went to visit her (DFW metroplex). She gave me a super wonderful gift (26 qt toaster/air fryer; I was happy and could hardly wait to get home and open. t he box and start using it. Much to my disappointment, when I took it out of the box things didn't look right. There was not a user manual in the box. When I finished getting it out of the box and opened the doors I was filled with mixed emotions. It had been used sometime in the recent past. And I thought to myself, no problem I can clean the trays. Since I did npt find a User manual, I went online and downloaded one and read it. Then I plugged it in and it was DOA. Not Cheman's fault, not my friend's fault (She purchased what she thought was a New In Box Toaster/Air Fryer). Now, I am stuck with this deadToaster/Air Fryer. Will Chefman right this wrong?
